Initiate Request
Contact our support team or log into your customer portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Chaos Gone Global tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, sellable condition.
Ship Items
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
